Worried by the increasing spate of immoral behaviour among students, the Management of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, OYSCATECH Igboora, has set up a task force committee to check immoral conducts among students of the college.
Speaking on the development, the Dean of Students’ Affairs, Dr. Wasiu Raheem explained that the committee was borne out of the need to ensure students’ compliance with the dress code and other rules and regulations guiding students’ conduct on campus.
The committee is expected to monitor students in the college and ensure full adherence to the laid down rules and regulations of the school.
In addition, they are to arrest and recommend appropriate sanctions for transgressors.
The Dean of Students, therefore, appealed to students, to ensure strict compliance to the school’s code of conduct and steer clear of indiscipline, indecent dressing, unruly behaviour and all acts of immorality.
