The Business Manager of Lakeview Civil Engineering Construction Co. LTD, Kristy Liu, who has been living in Oyo State for more than five years, has expressed her gratitude to Governor ‘Seyi Makinde’s efforts for making the state a peaceful place to live.
Kristy Liu said this on Thursday while paying a courtesy visit to the Acting Governor, Barr. Bayo Lawal, at Agodi, Secretariat.
The Chinese Engineer further described Lawal as an intelligent man, with notable achievements.
She said, “We have made findings about you and we know that you are such an intelligent man. We hereby present this gift from China to appreciate you.
“Notable among your track records could be traced to your recent contributions in Oyo State Housing Corporation. Such a mind-blowing contributions.
“We have been in Nigeria and of course, in Ibadan for over five years. This is a peaceful and lovely place to stay. We are so interested in projects that will enhance the development of Oyo State.
“We know that Oyo State is a very resourceful place, especially Oke Ogun with abundance natural resources and mining. The road there is very important. We want to prove to you that we are competent to do a lot of work and best quality job”, she added.
She later presented a gift to Lawal on behalf of her team.
Responding, Lawal, the Aare Bamofin of Kishi appreciated the kind gesture of the Chinese Engineer, adding that he looks forward to more of their collaborations with the state government.
