The Chairman of Ona-Ara local government, Akanran, Oyo state, Hon. Sanusi Musibau Adesina, Shaba, on Tuesday condoled with one of the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ona-Ara LGA, a former council boss and the present full time Commissioner of Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Hakeem Taiwo Oke, the families of the deceased, Council of Baales as well as the sons & daughters of Elese Eerin Village, off Gbedun Town, in Ona-Ara local government; over the demise of Chief Saka Oyeniran, Baale Elese Eerin, who is also the Baale Gbogbo Ode Ile Ibadan.
In a statement signed by his media aide, Hon. Adesina said he received with a great shock the news of the death of the traditional chief, whom he described as a man with a large heart.
He further eulogised Baba Elese Erin, saying he was a loving and caring father, as well as a respected chief.
Hon. Adesina therefore prayed that God would be with the entire families Baba left behind, Council of Baales in Ona-Ara LGA, the Elese Eerin Sons & Daughters as well as the good people of Ona-Ara LGA.
The deceased is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
Meanwhile, people from different town, villages and places gathered to pay their last respects yesterday as he was buried after Islamic rites.
