The decision was announced in the Oyo Federal Constituency on Monday during the launch of the APC/Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ 14–Federal Constituency tour. Held at the Oba Adeyemi Stadium in Oyo town, the event aimed to strengthen party reconciliation and grassroots mobilisation across the state.

Speaking at the event, Oyo State Ambassador for Renewed Hope, Senator Teslim Folarin, said APC leaders in the state had agreed that the success of President Tinubu’s re-election bid must come before personal aspirations.
