UI to Admit only First Class Graduates for 73rd Convocation Ceremony

In a bid to comply with the federal government’s directive on COVID-19 protocols, the premier university plans to bar graduates without first class from physically attending her 73rd convocation ceremony, holding November 15th to 17th 2021.

This is contained in a notice issued by the university to her graduands.

The release also stated that parents and visitors are not allowed into the campus, as social gatherings or any form of partying will not be permitted.
