Ahead of 2023 elections, there are strong insinuations that Monsurat Sunmonu and Michael Koleoso, are leading elected and appointed officials as well as 10,000 members of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Oyo state except for the state executives of the party, to another fold soon.
The party they are moving is yet to be announced officially.
Recall that the ADC had teamed up with ‘Seyi Makinde’s Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the build up to the 2019 election.
Monsurat, a former Oyo Assembly Speaker and Oyo Central Senator and Koleoso, a former Secretary to the state government are two of the notable leaders of the party in the state.
