Oyo state governor, ‘Seyi Makinde on Friday expressed his administration’s readiness to support large scale production of rice and ethanol, to boost the economy of the state.
The governor stated this during his facility tour to a private farm in Iwajowa local government.
Makinde who received congratulatory messages on his birthday, added that he would do everything in his capacity to make Oyo state one of the biggest producers of farm produce in Nigeria .
Meanwhile, the governor reiterated his commitment towards making the private sector thrive, by supporting them with necessary infrastructure.
