Aseyin: Filming, Taking Pictures of Corpse is Prohibited During Burial — Family

The family of the late Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Dr. Abdulganiy Salawudeen Adekunle Oloogunebi Ajinese 1, has implored sympathisers who will attend his burial on Monday, not to denigrate the status of the late king by taking pictures or filming the corpse during his burial.

According to reports, security measures have been put in place to ensure that the instruction against filming or taking pictures of the corpse, is abided with.

Recall that Oba Adekunle who ascended the throne in November 2007, joined his ancestors in the wee hours of Sunday at a health facility in Ibadan. He died at the age of 62 and was survived by wives, children and relatives.

Meanwhile, according to the royal family, the remains of the monarch will be taken back to Iseyin for burial on Monday.
